When do I need an F436 hardened washer instead of a flat washer?
Use F436 hardened washers with high-strength structural bolts (A325 / A490, 8.8 / 10.9) - a plain DIN 125 washer is too soft and will crush under the load. They are also used to span slotted / oversized holes.
Do you supply sizes above 1-1/2 inch?
Yes. F436 formally covers to 4"; sizes above 1-1/2" (M36) are typically custom-manufactured to order - send your requirement for a lead time and quote.
